Briquette (#411, 8/26/19)
This was interesting. Food was pretty good for lunch, but it was nearly completely empty, the service was marginal and there was no background music at all – with the place being empty, it was very bizarre.
Bittersweet Confections (#409, 7/27/19)
This here is a serious breakfast sandwich. Decent stop at a modern, clean place right in the neighborhood.
Fharmacy* (#407, 6/15/19)
Was in a long skinny building on Banks down near the hospitals.
Agave House* (#405, 5/29/19)
Fascinating story here. Had been eyeing this new Mexican joint for awhile. Had a groupon so we dropped in. First menu glance, I saw the cheeseburger. I’ve always been amused by cheeseburgers at Mexican restaurants. However, upon further review, I saw shrimp po-boys, cajun pasta and many other decidedly non-Mexican offerings. Apparently, they completed changed their menu from Mexican to cajun/creole. Didn’t change the name though. It was okay.
Snack Pitch* (#404, 5/15/19)
Maybe this is called “The Snack Pitch”? Hard to say; it’s the food offerings at Finn McCool’s. Eh, it’s okay.
[2021 EDIT: No clue how long this even lasted. Should it count? Finn's obviously still there, but probably cycled through multiple food offerings]
