Hate posting negative stuff only, but this was a bad breakfast. Uncooked eggs, cold omelet (with uncooked potato inside), and just…not good.

It took me awhile to check this place out – maybe having “Pho” in the name threw me off since I don’t like hot liquids? Once I finally tried it, I liked it a lot. Then it closed. Was in the little plaza near Delgado.
