Liborio’s* (#125, 10/15/09)

This was a neat little Cuban restaurant on Magazine Street in the CBD (Quarter side of Poydras). It closed down in the spring of 2015.

One* (#124, 9/20/09)

A minor issue…texting: want to get lunch? Sure, where to? One? Yeah, that works, but where? One. I know at one, but where should we eat? This is a decent place tucked away in the Riverbend neighborhood. I’ve been a couple times and it was pretty good, but not noteworthy enough for me to remember what I liked.

Bouche* (#118, 7/12/2009)

This place had the best cheese plate that I’ve ever had, as well as some other decent dishes and a cool set-up. Unfortunately, I tried to go on New Year’s Eve and they had a $100/person special, no other choices – and there weren’t any people in there, good business plan, morons. Forget that, we stood up and left. Even on the cheese plate stops, it had some of the worst service ever – though my worst service experience of all-time was at a New Orleans McDonald’s…Me: Yeah, I’ll take a #1; McD: Nah, we aint’ got that.

EDIT: This was located on Tchoupitoulas in the CBD; didn’t last long, for obvious reasons.
