Crabby Jack’s (#74, 3/18/2005)
Hmm, I don’t know what to make of this…Crabby Jack’s is in Jefferson, so it shouldn’t even count on my list. But in the spirit of the rules, screw it, I’m leaving it here. The best shrimp po-boy I have ever come across. Awesome, over-stuffed and did I mention awesome? This place is owned by Jack from Jacques-imo’s, so you can go here for lunch and get a lot of outstanding Jacques-imo’s dishes for half the price. Good way to sample some good stuff, well, so I hear, I haven’t been able to bring yourself to order anything other than the shrimp po-boy.
